This document is produced to certify that to all interested parties the TDU product family of thermal display units will perform without disruption on January 1st, 2000. These products do not use date or time in any manner and have no circuitry or operator inputs which would receive and or process date/time.

Ocean Data Equipment Corporation will certify the above statement is true. Beyond stating Y2K Compliance, this document can not be used by any party to confer upon Ocean Data Equipment Corp. any liability for the performance or use of the TDU-850/TDU-1200/TDU-2000 products beyond that already stated in our warranty policy.
