Bathy-2000 Sonar

This document is produced to certify that to all interested parties the Bathy-2000 sonar products will perform without disruption on January 1st, 2000. It will be necessary for the operator to reset the date on Jan 1 year 2000. Once the date has been reset; the unit will display and store the date indefinately with no further operator intervention required. The process for resetting the date is the same as that which is already documented in the technical manual for the product. Therefore, no further technical data is required.

Ocean Data Equipment Corporation will certify the above statement is true. Beyond stating Y2K Compliance, this document can not be used by any party to confer upon Ocean Data Equipment Corp. any liability for the performance or use of the Bathy-2000 sonar products beyond that already stated in our warranty policy.
